I am a Chef from New Orleans, Louisiana. I have been cooking for a long time, over thirty years, yet not all in restaurants.
After Covid, I decided to go back to cooking, which is my passion. I love to create new dishes and work with vendors to find new produce and items that are special.
I have the wonderful opportunity to be the Chef at Bayona Restaurant in New Orleans, in the French Quarter.
I am following in Chef Susan Spicer’s footsteps, maintaining the integrity of the vision of Bayona as it was when Chef was there. It is an honor and a privledge and I am having fun!
